Your experience using our website during this time of crisis

Our website includes eLearning technology supplied by Adobe Systems, Inc. Their web systems are experiencing slowdowns related to the current public health crisis. This may affect you as you use our website.

  • When playing a module or taking a quiz from our Online Classroom, it may take additional time for that module or quiz to load.
  • There may be a delay of 3 - 5 minutes in quiz results being returned to our website, from the quiz system at Adobe, after you completes a quiz. Your results are NOT LOST, only delayed. Please check back later for your quiz results. We understand that you rely on our website.

We are working to minimize these current issues. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding as all move through these unprecedented times.

Infinitec offers over 600 video presentations to meet
your professional learning needs.

New IL Training Requirement:
Sexual Harassment Prevention

Looking for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training required by the new Illinois Workforce Training Act (WTA)?  You've come to the right place!  Infinitec staff are hard at work developing this training for our Illinois member agencies and school districts.  The law states that you have all of 2020 to complete the training, but we understand that you'd rather get it done sooner than later.

The WTA outlines that the IL Department of Human Rights will be issuing a "model training" for employers to use.  That model training hasn't been released yet, but once it is, our plan is to transfer the content into our format and post it in the Online Classroom so that it can be assigned as a Learning Path and tracked with ENGAGE, which will allow you to pull Campaign reports that will serve as documentation of compliance with the law.   Compliance and documentation are of the utmost importance with this law, so rather than direct member agencies over to the IL Department of Human Rights' website to take the training, we'll make it Infinitec-friendly.  We did something similar with the DCFS Mandated Reporter training.

Once completed and posted on the site, there will be two versions: one for managers and one for non-managers.  The law mandates that two different versions be available and employees should complete the version that is appropriate to their position.  Each training will be a minimum of one-hour long, which is also a requirement of the law.  A quiz will accompany each video.

If you are a professional who is licensed through the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDPR), rest assured that the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training videos on Infinitec will meet the training requirement as outlined by the IDPR in the memo dated November 4, 2019, because Infinitec is an approved provider of Continuing Education (CE) hours.

If you still have questions about WTA compliance, please contact Shannon Benaitis, Infinitec Content Developer, at sbenaitis@ucpnet.org
