ADHD is the most prevalent disorder of children aged 4 to 17. This presentation defines ADHD, describes the 3 types, the causes, assessment, behavioral, medication and alternative treatment and addresses the Federal obligations of school districts with regard to ADHD, 504 plans and IDEA.
