This 2 part series addresses ethical leadership. It includes general constructs regarding ethics, an identification of ethical leadership, as well as the dynamics and dilemmas individuals may encounter when faced with ethical issues in their professional lives and workplaces. This two part training may be used by MN social workers to fulfill their ethics training licensure requirement.
