Grace Project Module 1: Aging Well for Adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities

Presented by Infinitec

Adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) are living longer. The six modules of the Grace Project are designed to provide knowledge and skills to address many of the concerns of the aging individuals supported by adult service agencies and their families. Objectives of this training are (1) to increase awareness and understanding of the age-related changes experienced by adults with IDD and (2) to teach practical skills and interventions to accommodate participants' age related changes.
