Speech to Text in Windows

microphone imageYesterday's Windows update installed an easy to activate and use speech to text engine. Simply hold the Windows logo key and press the letter H key.  Use speech to enter text into PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Chrome search bars. There are probably more things it works with that I haven't tried.  And if you like emojis, hold the Windows key plus the period for some options. 😊💖

The predictability of these books works great for involving students who use switches and speech paths love them for students with apraxia.
