In this third and last webinar, participants will further their understanding of the unique and interrelated as well as differing characteristics of communication and language. Essential characteristics of language development and naturalistic interaction will be examined, as well as the benefits of wait time, and appropriate and responsive prompting. Application of strategies that support receptive and expressive understanding as well as foster rich and connected engagement will be explored.
